We progress through Iterative Social Validation cycles. Every meeting has potential, and our job is to realise it together. The Open Business tools like Sqale and Action Cycles may help, but it is our actual skillsets, our perspectives, and our intentions and values which will determine our social success, whether in meetings, or gathering, or wider network events. Paired meetings leading to group and team gatherings to do eg Action Cycles, to achieve unrealistic objectives within a week.
The quality of player we are looking for is a deep-seated commitment to change, to learn new ways of working collaboratively, to improve the quality of life for others, for the local area of Blackpool, and for the wider world. The aim is to empower visionaries with self-organised alignment of practitioners to make best use of collective resources to fund and achieve unrealistic objectives.
